FAMILY GAMES #4: Di me c'è qualcosa che esiste, ecco. Foto documenti

“Di me c’è qualcosa che esiste, ecco”, l’ultimo lavoro del progetto FAMILY GAMES è  una performance  multimediale, un un work in progress  che mira al coinvolgimnto trasversale degli spettatori in forma di work in progress, formulando domande   sull’esistenza e sulla  una  serialità dei riti odierni, deprivati del rapporto con il sacro e destabilizzati dalla diffusione globale del consumo.  La sua drammaturgia (video, set and costume design, testo e audio design) è stata interamente composta da un numeroso gruppo di studenti , nel corso di un workshop durato un intero anno accademico a cura di Franco Ripa di Meana, Maria Cristina Reggio, Marilena Pecoraro con la collaborazione di altri docenti dell'Accademia.  Il punto di partenza è consistito in una  serie di domande che sono state poste in forma di intervista tv a diverse persone e  le cui risposte sono state condivise  in un gruppo Facebook privato.  Tutti i testi  della performance sono stati tratti  dalle risposte date dagli intervistati e rielaborati, registrati, montati , ripetuti e riutilizzati come testo vocale e teatrale.  L’azione si snoda partendo da quelle  stesse  domande che vengono poste dai performer anche agli spettatori seduti sulle sedie disposte nel palcoscenico: le loro risposte, filmate attraverso smartphone e caricate sul gruppo privato Facebook, vengono proiettate ingigantite sulle pareti, mentre al centro dello spazio teatrale  troneggia un simbolico vescovo - operatore di smartphone. 

 “Di me c’è qualcosa che esiste, ecco”, last work of the project FAMILY GAMES, is a multimedia performance, a work in progress aimed at the transversal involvement of the audience; It formulates questions about the existence and the seriality of today's rituals, deprived of the relationship with the sacred and destabilized by the global diffusion of consumption. All the dramaturgical elements (video, set and costume design, script, audio design) were produced by a large group of students, during the course of a one-year laboratory, held at Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma by Cristina Reggio and Franco Ripa di Meana. The starting point of the work was a series of questions that have been placed in the form of a TV interview to different people and whose answers have been shared in a private Facebook group. All the texts of the performance are taken from answers given by the interviewees and re-elaborated, recorded, edited, repeated and re-used as a vocal and theatrical text. The action unfolds starting from the same questions that are asked by the performers to the audience seated on scattered chairs, covering the whole performing area. Their answers, filmed through smartphones and uploaded on Facebook, are projected on the walls, while at the center of the performance space dominates a symbolic bishop/smartphone operator.
